SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the text messaging program for Knoxville Composite Deck, which is operated by HotStart Labs ("we", "us"), the registered sender of our text messages. By opting in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program description
The program sends customer care and appointment-related text messages to people who have requested a free on-site estimate from Knoxville Composite Deck and who have agreed to receive texts. Messages may include replies to your questions, scheduling of your site visit, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notifications, and follow-up about your estimate. We do not send promotional or marketing texts through this program.
How you opt in
- Web form. By entering your mobile number on our estimate request form and checking the unchecked consent box next to the form.
- By phone. By saying yes when our phone agent at (865) 500-5933 asks whether it is okay to send you text notifications about your appointment.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text that repeats the frequency, rates, STOP, and HELP information below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your request. You will receive up to 5 messages per estimate request.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that number unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
Your information
Your mobile number and opt-in status are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described on this page before they take effect.
